Coaching is facilitated through a user-friendly platform with weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust your plan as needed. Lisa provides ongoing support and is accessible with additional touch points based on your needs.
4. Is this a weight-loss program?
This is not strictly a weight loss program. Coaching is based on your personal goals and may focus on weight loss, muscle gain, performance, or overall health and confidence.
5. Do I need to track calories or macros?
While macro tracking is a highly effective tool for understanding how much you're eating and often leads to strong results, it's not required to participate in the program nor is it the only way to make progress towards goals.
